A proactive, hands-on security professional is required to protect sensitive operations. The role collaborates with IT and operations to enforce controls, manage access, and maintain documentation while staying compliant with data protection standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an information security or cybersecurity role.
• Knowledge of common security threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation techniques.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
• Experience with security tools such as antivirus, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
• Strong understanding of network security principles and Windows/Linux operating systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain information security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans of IT systems and networks.
