Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in field operations supervision.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth understanding of field operational procedures and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily field operations and personnel.
• Ensure adherence to all safety, environmental, and operational procedures.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet operational objectives.
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety drills.
