Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in oil and gas operations management.
• Proven track record of managing complex operational projects and teams.
• Strong understanding of oil and gas exploration, production and processing.
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Manage daily activities of operational teams, including production, maintenance, and logistics.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations.
