Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate catering staff during event setup, service, and breakdown.
• Ensure adherence to service standards, timelines, and client specifications.
• Liaise effectively with clients, venue managers, and other stakeholders on-site.
• Manage food and beverage service, ensuring quality, presentation, and safety standards.
• Conduct pre-event briefings with catering teams to ensure clear understanding of duties.
• Address and resolve any on-site issues or client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor inventory of catering supplies and beverages during events.
• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of service areas throughout the event.
• Report on event execution and client feedback post-event.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
