The role also involves coordinating with architects, engineers, quantity surveyors and MEP consultants to resolve design queries and manage multidisciplinary interfaces on site, while enforcing health and safety regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect all plant, machinery and equipment daily; ensure checklists are completed diligently and defective gear is tagged out of service.
• Implement and enforce site health and safety plans in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Construction Regulations, ensuring all personnel undergo site induction and sign the required registers before work.
• Liaise with architects, structural engineers, quantity surveyors, and MEP consultants to resolve design queries, request clarifications, process variation orders, and coordinate interfaces on site.
