Blue Pearl HQ in Cape Town seeks a Technical Support Professional – AMS to deliver application and production support within an AMS environment. You will monitor IT alarms, manage incidents, and coordinate with resolver teams and vendors to restore services quickly.

The role requires L1.5 and L2 support proficiency, strong ITIL process knowledge, and the ability to work 24/7 shifts, including weekends and public holidays, on-site at the client location.

Qualificações

• Solid understanding of database management and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of multiple operating systems.
• Familiarity with multiple programming languages.

• Experience in technical support, application support, or production support.
