Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, lighting systems, control equipment, and mechanical systems as instructed.
• Carry out maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to machinery and facilities in line with approved plans.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment according to schedules.
• Inspect electrical and mechanical components and report on compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults and execute repairs to minimise downtime.
• Respond to breakdowns, callouts, and emergency maintenance situations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and upgrades completed.
• Ensure maintenance areas are safe, clean, and organized.
