Job summary

Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd in Cape Town is seeking a Security Operations Lead to translate the security strategy into effective field operations and manage resources for protection of personnel, assets and information. The role includes supervising contractors and upholding safety standards across the unit.

Applicants should hold a National Diploma in Risk Security/Police Management, PSIRA Grade B, and at least 3 years of security operations experience, plus a valid driver's license.

• 3 years experience in Security Operations.
• PSIRA Registration Grade B.

• Transforming the BU/OU's security strategy into effective security operation.
• Co-ordinating and controlling the security operational resources.
• Supervising the security service provider (contractor).
• Implementing and maintaining operational security performance management.
• Supervising the occupation health and safety program.
