To provide office administrative and secretarial support to the
Legal and Corporate Governance Unit.
KEY PERFORMANCE
AREAS
Perform administrative and secretarial tasks
Perform diary management duties
Attend to telephonic calls, direct calls and record messages
Administer procurement and payment processes
REQUIRED MINIMUM
QUALIFICATION
Matric (NQF Level 4) and a Certificate (NQF Level 5) in Office
Administration
REQUIRED WORK
EXPERIENCE
2-3 year’s work experience in an Office Administration
Knowledge and experience of standard office administrative
practices and procedures
Knowledge and experience in MS Office Package
