3L Consulting (Pty) Ltd is seeking an Order to Cash Senior Manager based at Waterfall, Midrand. The role leads an Order to Cash function of about 30 people, focusing on optimising working capital, AR, and collections performance while minimising credit risk and bad debt.

You will report to the CFO and influence senior stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT in a multinational context. The position emphasizes leadership, process improvement and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent.
• Postgraduate finance/accounting qualification preferred.
• CA(SA)/CIMA preferred.
• Leadership capability in OC&AR/Order to Cash is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across the Order to Cash function.
• Lead, develop and engage a team of approximately 30 employees.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable, credit management, collections and cash-application activities.
• Develop and implement effective credit policies, payment terms and collection strategies.
• Drive cash collection and working-capital targets.
• Monitor overdue accounts, credit exposure, bad-debt provisions and collection performance.
• Ensure accurate and timely allocation of customer payments.
• Lead continuous-improvement, automation and process-standardisation initiatives.
• Utilize systems, data, BI and AI to improve efficiency and decisions.
• Maintain financial controls and policy compliance.
• Escalate complex customer and credit-related matters.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across functions.
• Influence regional and global stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Manage third-party service providers.
