Job summary

S-Cubed is seeking an Operational Manager Nursing Grade 1 (General Unit) in the Western Cape, Ward 97. The role supervises nursing teams, coordinates service delivery and ensures adherence to professional standards and care plans.

Requirements: SANC registration, Diploma/degree in nursing, and 7+ years of general nursing experience. Permanent post with a competitive package and benefits in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape.
• Ability to promote quality patient care through setting, implementation and monitoring of standards.
• Effective interpersonal, leadership, organisational skills, decision making and conflict resolution skills.
• Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
