Qualifications

Recognized qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
Proven experience teaching in a nursery or preschool setting.

Excellent planning, organizational, and classroom management skills.
Ability to inspire and engage young learners effectively.
Valid First Aid certification is required.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a curriculum aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
Create and manage a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
Observe, assess, and document children's progress, providing individualized support.
Plan and execute creative and educational activities, including arts, crafts, music, and outdoor play.
Foster positive social-emotional development and behavioral management skills.
Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's learning and development.
