You will handle large text datasets, prototype novel architectures, and contribute to production-ready NLP systems.

The role requires a Master's or PhD in AI/CS and 3+ years of NLP-focused experience, with strong Python and libraries like spaCy, Transformers, and PyTorch.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science/AI required.
• 3+ years of AI/ML experience with NLP focus.
• Experience with NLP tasks (text classification, sentiment analysis, NER, QA).

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy state-of-the-art NLP models using deep learning techniques (Transformers, RNNs, LSTMs).
• Process and analyze large volumes of text data including cleaning and tokenization.
• Fine-tune pre-trained language models for downstream tasks like classification, NER, QA.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate NLP models into production systems.
• Evaluate model performance, perform error analysis, and iterate to improve accuracy.
• Stay updated with latest NLP research and advancements.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of NLP-centric AI systems.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team.
