Dis-Chem Pharmacies in Stikland, Cape Town is seeking a DC Inventory Trainee Manager to support the Inventory Manager and drive operational excellence in warehouse processes. The role focuses on inventory control, stock integrity, and effective coordination within the distribution centre.

You will manage cycle counts, replenishments and reporting, ensure FEFO stock rotation, and maintain strong internal customer relationships while meeting safety and efficiency targets.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 equivalent.
• 2 years in distribution, logistics or supply chain environment.

Responsibilities

• Interpret continuous inventory and annual stock counts.
• Maintain FEFO-based stock rotation and stock accuracy.
• Plan and layout supplier stock storage; monitor inventory.
• Resolve internal/external queries and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Monitor workflow, provide data to management, and track KPIs.
• Plan resources and ensure transactional excellence and compliance.

Education

Grade 12 / Matric
