Qualifications

• Matric qualification is required.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in the field.
• Professional Cookery qualification is an advantage.
• Must have skills in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all night shift catering operations.
• Ensure food is prepared and served according to quality standards.
• Lead and manage catering staff for operational efficiency.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Conduct stock counts and manage inventory.
• Assist with production planning and meal service.
• Ensure all equipment and work areas are clean.
• Build and maintain client and customer relationships.
• Monitor costs and reduce waste.
• Drive customer service excellence and improvement.
• Implement corrective actions where required.
• Support Unit Manager in achieving targets.
• Complete shift reports and communicate updates.
