Qualifications

• Previous experience as Night Auditor or Front Office role required.
• Finance or accounting experience is essential.
• Proficient in Excel and hotel reporting systems.
• Strong numerical and reconciliation skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests during the night shift.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Process reservations, payments, and guest requests.
• Perform the nightly audit and balance hotel transactions.
• Reconcile front office accounts, cash, credit cards and room revenue.
• Prepare and distribute nightly financial and operational reports.
• Ensure postings are accurate and align with procedures.
• Maintain security and monitor hotel activity during night hours.
• Hand over smoothly to the morning shift.
