Job summary

Vulcan Recruit is assisting a boutique hotel in the Kuilsrivier area to recruit a Night Auditor for the Front Office team.

Role is on-site night shift from 21:00–06:00, including weekends and public holidays, with handovers to the morning team ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel reception or night auditing.
• Basic understanding of hotel billing and financial reconciliation.
• Good computer literacy and administrative skills.
• Experience with hotel PMS is advantageous.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends & holidays.
• Valid driver’s licence and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs during night shifts.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests and reservations professionally.
• Complete nightly financial reconciliations and night audit procedures.
• Verify guest accounts, payments and billing information.
• Maintain accurate reception records and administrative documentation.
• Prepare daily reports and ensure accurate shift handovers.
• Respond professionally to guest concerns and after-hours requests.
• Maintain excellent guest service and a welcoming reception environment.

Minimum Requirements
