Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor for a luxury wine estate in Franschhoek. This fixed-term contract role requires confidence working independently and ensuring overnight operations run smoothly.

Live-out position with a monthly salary of R12,000–R15,000. The Night Auditor will manage the full night audit process, reconcile revenue, and assist guests during nocturnal hours while upholding high service standards.

Formación

• Previous experience as Night Auditor or in a front office role within a luxury hotel/estate.
• Strong understanding of front office procedures and night audit processes.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Solid numerical skills with strong financial awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct the full night audit process in line with company standards.
• Reconcile daily revenue and prepare financial reports.
• Ensure all guest accounts are accurate and up to date.
• Manage late check-ins and early departures.
• Assist with guest queries and requests during night shift.
• Handle switchboard and reservations enquiries where required.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and the property overnight.
• Prepare reports for senior management and the finance department.

Qualifications and Experience:
