• 2–3 years of experience supporting customers and driving business transformation.
• Ability to deliver strategic guidance and solutions that drive customer success.
• Cooperative and productive in team settings.
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to changing environments.
• Understanding of AI fundamentals and ethics.
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of processes.
• Fluent in English; Italian helpful.
