Job summary

Salesworx in Pretoria and Rustenburg seeks a Scrub Technician/Clinical Support Specialist to assist in Neuro, Spine and Orthopaedic trauma procedures, providing technical and clinical support while ensuring instrument and implant readiness.

You will train staff, manage stock, support theatres, and collaborate with the sales team to meet regional targets. Extensive travel, on-call duties, and long hours are expected.

Responsibilities

• Attend and support Neuro, Spine and Orthopaedic procedures in operating theatres.
• Scrub into theatre and participate as part of the surgical support team.
• Provide technical guidance to surgeons and theatre staff during procedures.
• Ensure equipment and implants are prepared and available for cases.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges during procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed customer expectations.
