Job summary

Smith+Neb in Cape Town offers a Trauma Sales Graduate internship within the Trauma Sales Division. You will work with Orthopaedic surgeons, gaining hands-on experience in sales support and medical product usage during live procedures.

You'll learn surgical knowledge, product information, and patient engagement while under mentorship, with a hybrid working model and strong emphasis on professional development across medical sales.

Qualifications

• Matric qualification is required.
• Degree within the Faculty of Health Sciences is required.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and take on challenges.
• Strong communication and the ability to work with diverse people.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional services to customers, primarily orthopaedic surgeons, in the assigned territory.
• Spend time in theatre providing technical information and guidance during live surgery.
• Support surgeons and healthcare professionals with technical assistance.
• Complete the Medical Sales Representative Learnership Qualification.
