Job summary

HRCorp in Johannesburg is seeking an IT Engineer for Managed Business Services with hands-on experience in Sophos Firewall and Yeastar PABX. The role focuses on supporting hybrid Windows environments and cloud services, ensuring security, availability and efficient operations.

The ideal candidate will manage Office 365 administration, mailbox tracing, Exchange administration, domain migrations, and server support across 2012/2016/2019, Hyper-V, SQL, AD, Azure hosting and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Experience with Sophos Firewall and Yeastar PABX in a business environment.
• Strong skills in Office 365 administration and Exchange security.
• Experience with domain migrations, mailbox moves and server support.
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016/2019, Hyper-V and SQL.
• Active Directory administration, Azure hosting and SharePoint maintenance.
