Job summary

Boardroom Appointments seeks an Intermediate Application Developer (Microsoft .Net) to design, develop and deploy programs per specifications. The role requires a solid background in ASP.NET, MVC 5, C#, HTML/CSS, Angular and SharePoint 2010, with hands-on SQL Server and data services experience.

The contractor will work within an SDLC/ALM framework, contribute to documentation, prototypes and collaboration with clients, and help deliver eLearning solutions aligned with departmental needs and

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science and/or Software Engineering and/or Information Systems and/or Information Technology and/or Technical Certification in an IT field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as an application developer working with ASP.NET, Web Forms, MVC 5 & C#; HTML and CSS; Angular; SharePoint 2010; SQL SSIS/SSAS/SSRS; MS SQL Server and stored procedures; Versioning Software and source code management tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy programs for program specifications.
• Construct and implement application programs; Coding, testing and debugging.
• Ensure documentation of code/classes.
• Designing application prototypes.
• Coordinate application plans with the development team or clients.
• Adhere to SDLC and ALM methodologies and processes.
• Design, develop and deploy eLearning solutions that meet the Departments needs and optimize training and support.
