Job summary

Green Marble Recruitment Consultants in Benoni, Gauteng, South Africa, is seeking a dynamic operations professional to drive generator sales and ensure exceptional customer support across existing and prospective clients.

You will assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts, monitor costs against budgets, coordinate with Procurement and OEMs for quality and price, manage OEM warranty claims, oversee registration of new generators, promote new products, and deliver regular progress updates

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing annual maintenance and trade expense budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor repair and maintenance expenditure to ensure costs remain within or below budget.
• Continuously develop the technical capabilities of staff through ongoing training on new technologies.
• Undertake special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Work closely with the Procurement team and OEMs to secure quality products and services at competitive prices and within required timeframes.
• Manage and process all OEM warranty claims.
• Oversee the registration of all newly manufactured generators.
• Drive generator sales while ensuring excellent customer support for both existing and prospective clients.
• Achieve national generator sales revenue and profit margin targets in line with management objectives.
• Prepare and submit accurate and timely budget, forecast, branch, and customer visitation reports.
• Promote and present new products and service offerings to existing and potential customers.
• Provide customers and internal stakeholders with regular updates on work in progress.
• Apply supplier pricing structures that align with sales and profitability objectives.
• Identify, develop, and present new business opportunities to Executive Management (MANCO).
• Coordinate and facilitate customer site surveys as required.
