You will champion Zero Harm, ensure ISO and regulatory compliance, and lead safety, quality, and sustainability initiatives while developing high‑performing teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels. Travel nationwide is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years SHEQ experience, including senior management.
• In-depth knowledge of OHSA, ISO standards and COIDA.
• Strategic thinker with strong operational execution.
• Willingness to travel nationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and lead the national SHEQ strategy.
• Drive and maintain ISO compliance (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
• Embed Zero Harm and safety-first culture across all sites.
• Lead audits, risk management, incident investigations and reporting.
• Monitor SHEQ performance, trends and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with OHSA, COIDA and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop SHEQ teams nationally.
• Liaise with regulators, auditors, contractors and key stakeholders.
• Drive sustainability, environmental and continuous improvement initiatives.
