You will mentor a national team, manage major retailers and distributors, analyze market data, and align with marketing, product development, and operations.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 10–15 years in sales leadership, preferably in electronics/tech in SA.
• Proven experience leading national sales teams and achieving targets.
• Strong channel management, key account and distributor relations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel across SA and internationally.

• Develop and implement national sales strategy for South Africa.
