Qualifications

• Post Graduate Commercial Degree / Marketing Bachelor's degree and/or MBA would be a definite advantage.
• 5 years' experience in managing a Regional Sales team in the pharmaceutical industry

Responsibilities

• Plan and forecast the setting and achievement of sales budgets and forecasts.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Drive initiatives to increase market share.
• Lead and strategically align with Regional Sales Managers and Sales team to deliver budget achievement.
• Establish, drive, analyze and evolve all sales force metrics to optimize performance and business outcomes.
• Oversee promotional budgets and activities as well as monitoring spend initiatives.
• Analyze market, customer analytics to identify opportunity and areas of performance decline/increase.
• Drive proper customer targeting and selection to ensure sales force effectiveness.
• Ensure close monitoring of market trends and providing guidance for appropriate interventions.
• Drive & build strategic partnerships with key external stakeholders and customers to optimize commercial opportunities.
