Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain or related field is required.
• Significant leadership experience in logistics/operations management.
• Experience managing multiple sites and budgets is essential.

Responsibilities

• Translate tactical plans into operational plans for all DCs nationwide.
• Oversee day-to-day DC operations across multiple sites to ensure stock accuracy and timely deliveries.
• Lead capacity planning, automation and technology adoption to future-proof operations.
• Drive compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards across national DCs.
• Manage budgets and drive profitability across DC sites.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy, Store and Clinic managers to support service excellence.
