The National Facilities Manager role in Bellville, South Africa provides strategic leadership across Facilities Management, Operational Services and Building Services within a multi-site property portfolio. • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering – BSc, BEng or BTech.
• 8–10 years’ relevant facilities, engineering or operations experience.
• Experience managing multi-site or national property portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of building services, maintenance and lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to manage facilities budgets, CAPEX and OPEX.
• Experience leading portfolio-wide facilities strategies and governance.
