Job summary

CA Head in South Africa is seeking an experienced Feature Analyst – Integration with mandatory Murex expertise to join our client team onsite. You will own designing, building, and troubleshooting enterprise integration workflows between Murex and external banking systems, ensuring real-time data connectivity and secure messaging.

The role requires deep knowledge of Murex Datamart, XML, FIX, STP pipelines, and strong collaboration with integration engineers, architects, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, finance, or engineering.
• Hands-on Murex integration experience in banking/finance.
• Experience with FIX, SWIFT, XML data exchanges.
• Onsite availability in South Africa.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, and configuration of enterprise integration interfaces.
• Translate connectivity requirements into Murex setups, XML/FIX, and STP workflows.
• Configure Murex Datamart, trade feeds, market data interfaces, payment gateways, and sub-ledger links.
• Collaborate with backend/frontend analysts, middleware teams, and external banking counterparties.
• Conduct rigorous interface testing, SIT, and fault simulation for Murex connectivity.
• Troubleshoot complex integration failures and latency issues.
• Define integration standards with enterprise architects and IT operations.
• Maintain ICDs, mapping specifications, and integration documentation.
• Support production cutovers, migrations, and post-implementation monitoring.
