Job summary

CA Head is seeking an experienced Feature Analyst – Frontend with mandatory Murex expertise for an on-site, full-time role in South Africa. You will lead frontend UI design, blotter configuration, and workflow optimization within enterprise Murex environments for banking and financial services clients.

You will translate front-office requirements into optimized GUI layouts, dashboards, and filters, collaborating with traders, portfolio managers, and QA teams to ensure high-performance user

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Economics or related field.
• Hands-on Murex frontend experience including GUI configuration and blotters.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in capital markets workflows.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, and configuration of frontend workspaces and UI in Murex.
• Translate front-office requirements into optimized Murex GUI layouts and views.
• Configure dynamic tables, dashboards, blotter filters for multiple asset classes.
• Coordinate with backend, integration and QA teams for data synchronization.
• Perform usability testing, UAT support, and UI verification for releases.
• Troubleshoot rendering issues, perf bottlenecks, and permission discrepancies.
• Gather user feedback from traders and portfolio managers to refine workflows.
• Maintain documentation, wireframes, and training materials for end users.
