Responsibilities

• Own Level 3 escalations—diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
• Manage ticket queues, meet SLAs and keep clients informed.
• Support the 1st and 2nd Line team during busy periods.
• Assist with onboarding, upgrades and implementations across systems.
• Keep documentation sharp, accurate and up to date.
• Spot trends, recurring issues and contribute to service improvements.
