Reporting

This position reports to the Data Integration Manager of Mr D.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new restaurant partners
• Monitor restaurant and menu data within the operational platforms
• Execute the workflow according to set priorities and deadlines
• Ensure quality and accuracy of all data entries into the respective systems
• Ensure internal team quality KPIs are met
• Interact with partners to establish menu listing requirements
• Interact with Mr D account management representatives
• Ad Hoc team projects
• Make recommendations to improve processes and system enhancements
• Interact with the Takealot Delivery Network team regarding the coordination of go-live dates of new delivery hubs
• Engage via phone/chat/email to provide support to New Partners through the onboarding process.
• Support Partners with menu management and performance within the first 30 days of sign

• Ability to work independently but also be a team player across teams
• A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office/ Excel and Google Sheets.
• Be project orientated
• Smart, hard-working, with demonstrable integrity
• Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
• Must have good communication skills and be fluent in English
• Must be able to work overtime when required
