Job summary

Mr D, a division of takealot.com, is seeking a Data Integration Traffic Coordinator in Cape Town to manage data workflows and support partner data exchange. You will allocate tasks within the data integration team, monitor workloads to meet deadlines, and maintain relationships with internal departments and Mr D Food partners while contributing to ad-hoc reporting and data quality improvements.

This position reports to the Data Integration Manager of Mr D.

Purpose of the role

Manages workflow in a company and organizes the transfer of various data.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Ensure efficient and priority driven task allocation among the data integration team.
• Monitor the data integration workflow according to set priorities and deadlines.
• Monitor and manage the Zendesk ticket workflow.
• Capture restaurant and menu data.
• Maintain close relationships with all relevant internal departments.
• Maintain relationships regarding restaurants’ menus and operational details with Mr D Food’s partners.
• Support with ad-hoc reporting and projects.
• Support the Data Integration Team Leader with quality assurance efforts on a restaurant’s menu and operational data.
• Support the Data Integration Team Leader with the training of new starters.
• Contribute to the development of system and other improvement initiatives.
• Report on restaurant integration performance metrics to the Data Integration Manager.
• Perform Ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications

• NQF 6 or higher
• Minimum of 2-3 years in a data capturing position
