Job summary

MR D Food is hiring a Partner Onboarding Associate in Cape Town to onboard new restaurant partners and manage menu and data quality across platforms. The role requires strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will coordinate with restaurant partners and internal teams to ensure listings meet requirements, deadlines, and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in e-commerce or a similar role.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

This position reports to the Team Lead

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• Onboard new restaurant partners
• Monitor restaurant and menu data within the operational platforms
• Execute the workflow according to set priorities and deadlines
• Ensure quality and accuracy of all data entries into the respective systems
• Ensure internal team quality KPIs are met
• Interact with restaurants to establish menu listing requirements
• Interact with Mr D Food account management representatives
• Ad Hoc team projects
• Make recommendations to improve processes and system enhancements
• Interact with Takealot Delivery Network team regarding the coordination of go-live dates of new delivery hubs

Qualifications:
