Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive project management experience in construction, focusing on commercial and retail.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Procore).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience in Mossel Bay, Western Cape is a significant advantage.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilités
