Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years in project management for development in tourism or hospitality.
• Proven experience in construction projects, site supervision, and contractor management.
• Understanding of tourism and hospitality industry landscape and operations.
• Proficiency with PM software and full project lifecycle knowledge.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model balancing site visits with planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of tourism and hospitality development projects in Mossel Bay.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resources from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate design teams, contractors, suppliers, and operations staff.
• Oversee construction and development phases ensuring quality and safety.
