Qualifications

• AMI or AMS Montessori teaching certification is mandatory.
• Experience teaching in a Montessori classroom.
• Deep knowledge of Montessori philosophy and pedagogy.
• Ability to document child development effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented.
• Nurturing, patient, adaptable, and collaborative.
• Relevant degree or diploma in education is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain a Montessori learning environment that is orderly and welcoming.
• Guide children individually and in small groups using Montessori materials.
• Observe and document progress, milestones, and social interactions.
• Foster independence, concentration, and self-discipline.
