Job summary

Kemin Industries seeks an experienced Technical Manager for Monogastric Nutrition to drive technical leadership, support customer success, and grow our feed additive and micronutrient portfolio in Sub-Saharan Africa.

The regional technical expert will collaborate with customers, nutritionists, distributors, product managers, and sales teams to translate research findings into practical, profitable nutrition solutions for poultry and swine sectors.

Qualifications

BSc (Agric) Animal Science required; MSc or higher preferred.
Minimum 5 years of related experience.
Strong expertise in monogastric nutrition, feed formulation, and feed additives.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership in monogastric nutrition, feed additives, and formulation.
Develop value propositions and support product launches and growth initiatives.
Design, manage, and interpret research and commercial validation trials.
Translate scientific findings into practical recommendations and technical reports.
Deliver technical training and support to customers and sales teams.
Develop nutritional tools, feed formulations, and value-added services.
Represent Kemin at customer events and industry forums.
Build relationships with universities, consultants, and key stakeholders.
