Job summary

Hollywoodbets is seeking a Team Leader (Mobile) to be based in Vryheid, KwaZulu-Natal. The role focuses on growing mobile betting, analysing financial data, planning promotions, and managing a sales team to meet targets.

You will oversee stock, promotions, and reporting, while coordinating with Area Managers and HR for recruitment and performance reviews. A Matric is a desirable bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimums include a valid driver’s license, 12 months in a leadership role, and a track record of over-achieving quota.
• Ability to understand customer needs and handle different personalities.
• Please note that only applicants who meet the stipulated minimum requirements will be considered.
• Matric is a plus for the role.

Responsibilities

• Work with Area Managers to meet targets and plan marketing campaigns/promotions/events.
• Facilitate daily promotional activities and ensure campaigns are completed professionally.
• Manage stock, report on stock levels and usage, and measure promotion effectiveness.
• Recruitment and interviewing in coordination with Area Manager and HR, and manage team performance and attendance.
