Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric – essential.
• NQF Level 6 National Diploma in Mining – essential.
• NQF Level 7 Mining / Engineering qualification advantageous.
• 3–5 years’ site or operations management experience in mining or materials handling.
• Strong leadership experience.
• Proven materials handling experience, including coal stockpile management, sloping and feeder loading.
• Knowledge of Permit to Work, Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
• Computer literate – MS Office.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure and on shifts/standby.
