Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist senior consultants with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and background checks.
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update candidate records and databases.
• Support the team in client engagement and relationship management.
• Research the mining industry to identify potential candidates and market trends.
• Learn and apply effective recruitment techniques and best practices.
• Contribute to achieving team placement and performance goals.
• Help prepare recruitment documentation and reports.
• Participate in team training and development sessions.
