Job summary

Network Recruitment is seeking a Plant Maintenance Planner for mining operations. The role focuses on developing and managing maintenance schedules for fixed plant equipment, including crushers, screens, mills and pumps, to ensure optimal uptime.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of artisan/maintenance experience and 2+ years in planning within heavy industrial or mining environments, with strong coordination and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years artisan/maintenance experience in heavy industrial/mining.
• 2+ years planning experience for fixed plant equipment.
• Knowledge of chrome processing equipment, crushers, screens, mills and pumps.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules for mining equipment.
• Identify, order, and track spare parts, materials, and external contractor services.
• Coordinate shutdowns, statutory inspections, and major plant overhauls.
• Support underground or surface mining operations.
