Job summary

Fidelity Services Group invites applications for an Intelligence Officer at one of our mining sites in Emalahleni. The role emphasizes independent investigations, evidence gathering, and liaison with law enforcement and internal stakeholders.

Applicants should have a formal qualification, PSIRA Grade A, and at least 5 years in crime intelligence or related fields. Proficiency in MS Office and strong English skills are required; a valid driver's license and own transport are preferred.

Qualifications

• NQF Level 6 or 7 degree in Intelligence Studies, policing or law enforcement.
• PSIRA Grade A is advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years experience in crime intelligence, SANDF intelligence, or state security agencies.

Responsibilities

• Gather all relevant evidence in a legal manner.
• Testify in criminal and disciplinary proceedings.
• Liaise with SAPS, prosecutors, legal representatives, and FSG personnel on all levels.
• Maintain case dockets and evidence records.
• Ensure investigation reports are accurate and evidence-supported.
• Recruit and manage informers.
• Ensure timely completion of investigations.
