Job summary

DRA Global is seeking a Civil Project Engineer to lead civil engineering packages for mining and mineral processing projects from concept through commissioning and handover. You will work within a multidisciplinary EPCM team and oversee design, procurement, construction and commissioning activities, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree with 5–10 years of civil/ project delivery experience, EPCM exposure in mining, and is ready to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
5–10 years of civil engineering experience.
Minimum 5 years in project engineering/project delivery.
Proven EPCM experience in mining/mineral processing or heavy industrial.
Registered PrEng or progress toward registration.
Strong project management, leadership & commercial contract skills.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
Experience delivering civil packages from concept to handover.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
PMP certification and underground mining project experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead civil engineering packages from concept through execution, commissioning and handover.
Provide technical leadership across full project lifecycle in EPCM teams.
Collaborate with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects.
Ensure safety, quality and project execution standards.
