Qualifications

• CA(SA) qualification is essential.
• Minimum 10 years' relevant finance experience with mining exposure.
• Experience in a senior finance leadership role (CFO, Finance Director, Head of Finance, Financial Executive).
• Strong knowledge of mining operations, costing, financial reporting and investment appraisal.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership and advise the CEO and Board.
• Lead and manage the full finance function across the business.
• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Drive financial performance through robust analysis and business partnering.
• Lead treasury, cash flow, and working capital management.
• Oversee financial reporting, management accounts, and annual financial statements.
