Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a qualified CA(SA) with a strong track record in the mining sector to lead the finance function. The role requires deep understanding of mining operations, governance, and capital management, reporting to the CEO and Board.

You will drive strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning, overseeing treasury, and financial statements. A senior finance leadership background within mining is essential for success.

Qualifications

• CA(SA) qualification is essential.
• Minimum 10 years' relevant finance experience with mining exposure.
• Experience in a senior finance leadership role (CFO, Finance Director, Head of Finance, Financial Executive).
• Strong knowledge of mining operations, costing, financial reporting and investment appraisal.
