• Identify and implement best practices.
• Coach and develop subordinates.
• Execute administrative support work efficiently and accurately.

Our client, an underground gold mining operation based in the Barberton area of Mpumalanga, is seeking to appoint a Miner to join its operations team.

About The Role

The Miner is responsible for achieving performance targets within allocated sections through the planning, organising and control of day-to-day operations.

Minimum Qualifications And Experience

• National Senior Certificate (with Mathematics and English)
• Valid Blasting Certificate
• Gas Testing Certificate
• Competent A Certificate
• A minimum of five (5) years' experience in underground gold mining

• Medically fit and able to work in challenging underground conditions
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime as required
