Tharisa Minerals (TM) seeks a senior mining operations leader to plan, direct and manage underground production, driving consistent delivery of mining products and sustainable practices.

You will coordinate with rock engineers, geologists and other specialists, develop comprehensive mining plans, monitor KPIs, manage budgets and safety, and lead a high-performance team across the Production Mining Department to optimise costs and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Develop mining plans to optimise production and resource recovery.
• Manage contractors to meet production targets with safety focus.
• Monitor KPIs and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Identify new technologies to improve productivity and safety.
• Coordinate with rock engineers and geologists for stability.
• Lead and develop departmental staff with monthly reviews.
