Qualifications

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing a diverse workforce, optimizing operational processes, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of mining techniques, and a commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement within the mining sector .

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all aspects of daily mine operations, including drilling, blasting, loading, and hauling.
